I don't know what it is, but these past few nights I have woken up drenched in sweat. It's not like the temperature is extremely cold or hot upon waking up either...

Maybe it's because I'm on the last phase of ChaLean EXTREME; the Lean for Life Phase?! :)
102.8 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh dear perhaps you have a cold but can't tell yet. Wear lighter pj and use fewer blankets. A little tea with lemon and zinc for you?
