FROZEN CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PUFFS

8 oz. Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa
1 Tbsp. Splenda
1 tsp. Vanilla

Yummmmmmmm-O!!

Whip it up. Drop by Tbsp. onto waxed paper. Freeze. Eat.

Not all of them at one time though. They are like a fraction of a carb (about .26g NC, you should get about 16 drops). Well, I guess if you want to eat them all, you could. lol I was thinking along the lines of Cream Cheese Clouds though. Something to have when you really want something, yanno?

I love frozen whipped cream anyway. Pink grapefruit mixed with whipped cream and then frozen is AWESOME! If I could eat pink grapefruit right now, I probably would. Love, love, love it.

But I digress...

It makes 2-1/4 cup servings if you don't want to freeze it. I did eat both of those. LOL 4 net carbs altogether. What can I say? I was experimenting. I'll probably wish I hadn't of tomorrow. :|
