Discouraging as it is Rowan try to keep your focus. Looks like you were a bit heavy on carbs maybe that's the cause? I remember others saying the Dreamfields pasta isn't really low carb as the pkg might suggest. Wonder if going back to full induction would get things moving downward again? Sure hope what ever is causing you grief stops soon and you get doing the happy dance.
