I started with peanuts again after several weeks without, but I have been indulging in lots of cashews and almonds. I have also been having bars of Cadbury chocolates as well as my favorite kit-kat candies. Of course I try to eat well. I did have some cheese cake with pineapple toppings with a large latte coffee a couple of Fridays ago while I waited for M to return from MD. I will be going to Washington DC next week and I know I will be doing a lot of eating. The future does not look good for my weight, I guess I am so obsessed with eating everything. I have been doing a little jogging a couple of times a week(Tuesdays and Saturday mornings-forcefully- because of my indulgences-particularly at night. I don't like feeling overweight, so I will have to take measures on my nightly consumption. We celebrated Easter this past Sunday by having lasagna and ribs, cornbread, baked macaroni and cheese, along with turnip greens - all very delicious. Today I had broccoli for lunch topped with my favorite salad dressing (thousand island)and for breakfast I had some cut up radishes along with some peanuts. I am feeling uncomfortable at this moment, with a large-filled stomach. In essence, I have had a mixture of good and bad foods - mostly good, but too much food of either kind is not good for me.
