Messed up yesterday on the way home from Dr. appt and binged. Starting again today and more focused. The thing about this plan is that it allows for once a week carb intake, though initially you are supposed to go 9-1/2 days with less than 30 grams of carbs and then the evening of the tenth day indulge on carbs.

Good for you for not giving up! What do you think caused the binge? Were you hungry and away from home? That is a big one for me to watch out for. Have you done Very Low Carbs before? It takes some adjustment, to be sure.
