Someone tell me don't do it!!!!! Life is stressing me to my ample borders and that ice cream in the freezer is calling my name "Alnona come eat me"

Just think of how long it will take to burn off! You could throw it away and do away with the temptation. I've tried Wrigley's "Extra Dessert Delights Mint Chocolate Chip", it tastes like the real thing. xo!

Remember that giving in will result in additional stress because of the guilty feeling you get when you indulge. Stress is better tackled with exercise. Or put your face in a pillow and scream at the top of your lungs until you feel better or pass out. Either one will result in less calories than the ice cream.

Does screaming in the car count!!!! Thanks everyone, I opted for an extra egg white and a cup of oatmeal w/ fresh strawberry. Headed out to do some window shopping at the mall then back home to my new best friend (my bike/rower). God Bless you all :)

Try some vanilla yogurt with granola & fresh fruit as a treat...very yummy. If you go for a 0%mf yogurt it is much lower calories...good for you for not answering the treats call, you did better than I did today! Later.
