Having a few days off diet :) I love doing this. I've been dieting solid since August 2012, have now lost 50lbs so I think I deserve some time off every now and again! I think I normally have a bit of a blow out every 10lbs or so that I lose just to keep myself sane but to be honest it has never done too much damage as I always get back on track after a few days. As a binge eater by nature, I feel that I have finally learnt how to restrain myself from all-out binging but still having the courage to go off course when I feel like it knowing that I CAN get back to it without too many problems. I now have 27lbs to goal and I plan on doing the bulk of this by my birthday on June 6th, I'll have that week off diet and will reach mygoal by my holiday at the end of august. I can't wait for the moment I see 125lbs on my scales and I'm not too far. My year long journey is nearly finished, so after today I'll be hitting this hard until june 6th and hopefully I'll be super close to having my bikini body for my holiday! Phew ONE YEAR. Feels a lot shorter but a lot longer at the same time. I knew I'd be in for the long haul and it has been worth it, really has. But no way was I giving up easter eggs :) so from saturday until today, 4 days, I've eaten pizza, easter eggs, and toast. Oh lord so much lovely toast :) it's what I miss most having cut most carbs out. Oh and of course I went out on Saturday night and had a vodka and coke or 20 :) was lovely. Tonight I'll be having my last bowl of pasta and a piece of toast (nom nom LOVE TOAST) and tomorrow I'll be back. I've pretty much managed to stay at 152lbs ish since Friday, went up a bit because of the alcohol but that has come off...so way to go on maintaining! Guess I'm not as carb intolerant as I think. Right! 27lbs to go. Let's do this!
