Well, last night I fell off the wagon. I had a salad - a big one, with olive oil and parmesan cheese. It wasn't the worst thing I could eat, but I blew my calorie count for the day. I've got to resist the temptation to eat all my calories early in the day and think I will make it through the night without eating any more. At least today I've done well so far - a banana and a veggie burger. We'll see how I do through the rest of the day.
