My weight has increased due to festival eating however i have tried to keep it more or less at same level. I have started weight training from last 3 days along with cardio together and i have reached the same weight. Now I will check weight and body composition in next week. Hope this weight training, cardio and eating discipline will take me to next level of fitness.
215.2 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
