Well did day 3 Level 1 of Jillians 30 days shred. My goal (besides shredding) is to move on to the next levels no longer then a week and a half (10-11 days). Its great in the morning that i feel a LITTLE sore. Not as much as I want to be sore but i will find out as I progress
