Went over on calories and now I'm getting ready for an evening of exercise and Criminal Minds...here's hoping the scale is kind tomorrow ;)

Don't worry about little slips in diet...you only fail if you quit trying...just get back on the plan again for tomorrow! I plan my food for the next day the night before, so that I don't have to guess...I still slip, mostly because of temptation...but you just get back on the plan the next day and try not to slip too often. Good luck!
