Been gone for a few days (5), but I messed up my ankle, and had the nastiest head cold of the century. I want to thank those who commented on my post...nice to know ya'll are out there. I have new resolve and am ready to really get it done.
Much to my chagrin it looks like I'll have to exercise; well, when I can walk, LOL
