Would call this a tiny bit of progress if I wasn't bouncing up and down a pound or two every day. Know what I need to do, but having trouble finding the time.
138.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
