OMG I can't stop eating! :(

lol Yes You Can!!! But really don't stop eating just be careful what you eat. What are you eating exactly? Sometimes we get that way from stress or that time of the month or whatever. Try to arm yourself with some healthy options that you love. I've been putting together a list of things I can indulge in if I just can't help it. Dark chocolate or a popsicle (all fruit, no sugar added) or your favorite fruit. You probably already know all of this, but when we lose our way for a day or two sometimes it's hard to find our way back. Good luck. Hang in there.

I think we all go through something similar. If I don't have enough protein, I crave it. Early on, craved potato chips like mad. Took a while, but I can live without them and even have my lunch while hubby inhales them. Don't give up.
