Bad night last night, and I'm completely exhausted today.
SO don't want to be at work.
I'm maintaining my desire to eat healthy and not sabotage myself right now. Thinking about the end result is what's driving me.

Trying to determine what a good goal weight should be approaching my 3rd anniversary. I've got approximately 3 months, and I'm thinking if I could see myself hit the 200lb mark, or under, I'd be content with that. Is this realistic?

Hey babe!!!! You're not the only one who backpedaled a bit, I'm starting fresh too. Honestly, I think 30 lbs in 3 months is pretty aggressive. It's fine for a stretch goal, but I think it's important to come up with a base goal that you can be ok with. If you went with a pound a week you'd be down 12 lbs in 3 months. I don't have much success with setting deadlines so that's all I got, lol. I took several months off from logging even though I've still been working out, but I still managed to pick up a bunch of weight. My challenge is keeping my damn mouth shut because I keep shoving food in it, lol.

But if you look at an average of 2lbs/week, that would be 24lbs in 3 months. Because I'm basically starting from scratch again, I'm hoping the weight loss to be a little higher than that for the first couple weeks, then stick around the 2lb/week mark for some time. And I hear ya on the eating thing - without logging, I wasn't being accountable for what was going in my trap.
