I have been doing pretty good following my eating plan, however sometimes I still eat a little more than I should. This is a weakness that I continue to struggle with. I need to continue reducing the portions on my plate.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
