Very satisfied with the loss in March; Goal is actually 128 but would be pleased to maintain 133!

I find recording the foods eaten as a major asset, which keeps me aware of the calorie intake, and makes me accountable. The same with the exercise entries...

Plan to limit foods today, since I am scheduled for a colonoscopy at 630am on Thursday morning. UGH!
