Day 1 went well. Decided to go back to induction for 1 week to jump start me since I know I am out of ketosis due to the candy and pancakes I splurged on.

Exercised for 3o minutes which doesn't seem like alot but I hadn't worked out in two weeks due to a horrible cold. Tonight I'm hoping for 60 minutes.

222.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I should probably do something like that. May carbs are crazy these days. I still manage to lose a little but the cravings are crazy.

Cravings will pass once you get back into ketosis. May take us a few days but it will happen. Hang on...you've got all of us doing the challenge with you.
