I am so sick. It is a wonder that I lost any weight at all. I am down .4 from yesterday. I am going to up my water today and see if that helps. I am also going to try to get to the gym, if I can breathe (cold is in my lungs).

I did have some white chocolate with my son. Big mistake, now I have the sugar craving in my mouth. Urgh..... hopefully drinking some water will make it go away. And I can't quit coughing. I just want this cold to go away!

I did notice that since I am on spring break, I haven't been getting enough protein. I have got to fix that tomorrow. I will be back on my way.

It can be difficult to work out when you are not feeling well. I admire your dedication. I have trouble with sugar cravings as well. You can do this! Stay positive.

Sugar is my downfall..... but slowly I am learning how much of what I can have and surprisingly I do not crave it anymore.
