Two new Challenges have started!
Since I don't have a good track record sticking to these I was thrilled to find a "Track Every Day in April Challenge". And this one is different. If you don't track every day - THEY THROW YOU OUT! Now that would really be humiliating.
Got to re-read the "DFW Madness" mini challenges. This one is so crazy it might actually work!

Ruth - am trying to get a menu down in the morning so I don't get tied up and not get back to my computer to log food - as has happened a lot lately. Would hate to get disgraced in front of my FS Buddies!

Once a person gets on track here and really keeps track one will lose. I did it before and then slacked off and when I did I gained weight.

They would have to throw me out the first day... the way I have been lately. LOL! You are diligent, I will give you that! ;) I am struggling at the moment. I did not post my weight but I went up one day 5 lbs in fluid and I lost 3 of it but not the rest... so I am like.....whaaaaaaaaaaaa! You can do this, woman! Don't get thrown out! Ha Ha Ha Ha! How funny!
