starting again - again! Somehow I feel that this time will be different - my little guy looking at my wedding photo (6 years ago) asked me how I had got so wide - He then said that if I got skinny he didn't think that he would recognize me - freaked me out - this is the only me he remembers. I want to be healthy for him - I want him to grow up with a Mama, I want to be able to have fun and play with him, I want to be happy in a bathing suit on the beach. I want him to be proud of his Mama - I want to be proud of myself! Today is day two - following doctors orders - some of you may look at my eating regimen and freak out - but it is all being monitored - like I said I want to be here for my little guy!

Well I know you can do it. LOL!! Out of the mouths of babes right? Kids are so honest. It's sometimes funny but it can hit to close to home. I use to teach preschool. One day I was reading a story to the class, and a little boy walked up, squeezed my arm and said, "Ms. Lisa, why are your arms so big? lol What can you say? It's a wake up call for sure. We can't all look like we did on our wedding day, years ago, before kids, but we can strive to be the best we can be right now. You're right. You have to be here for your son. He deserves it and so do you!

post 22 yrs I have the same problem my baby weight is clinging on for dear life to me... have 3stones to get off...Still trying to work out meal plans for my self..Lost the fluid but the rest is slow.. I have a cross trainer which I use daily only 10 mins though.. I have a low back injury which causes problems with moving about too much..
