Today I made things as the plan. I went out to run and walk in the morning and did a bit of the first level of 30DS, but I had no strength to finish. Anyway I will try to do it now and then make my first p90x routine. I hope to continue the rest of the week and of course the rest of the month.[/i][/size][/color]
