I am so freaking hungry today. I ate so much!

Breakfast at 5am. protein and fruit at 9am. lunch at 1. dinner at 4! WTH! And i ate more than usual. I feel so guilty now. :(

I need to push myself for the run tmr. Was planning on doing 15km. Looks like I gotta push for 20km. I feel damn fat and disgusting. ARGH


Watching 'The Expendables' tmr. Ronnie Coleman is in town and I have invites to catch the show with him.. Pretty excited about that even though I feel fat and ugly now. :(
