I don't like being SICK!! ick! Well, I didn't reach my second mini-goal of getting to 160lb. but I did reach my first one (168lb), so I'm no longer in the 170lb. range! (yay me!) I have been slacking on exercising though, basically being watching my caloric intake very closely since I have NOT been exercising. Gotta keep pushing/moving forward!

Great news Yoli82 ~! Sorry you are sick ! Get well soon and you will be reaching goal. Exercise is important . You will notice a change for sure. I've been having trouble dropping the pounds with all these Easter Dinners. Back to committment !

Totally understand. Everyday is a new day -- every meal is a new opportunity to make a better choice. I'm going be hitting the gym soon and walking, running stadium steps. We need to synch our schedules and try to get a couple of days in together. Let me know!
