April 1st! What a great day - and this is no April Fool's joke. I even got some of my food journaled.

Beautiful weather so I'm headed out to the park for a walk for the first time in weeks.

lol I wish we had nice weather. I even brought shoes to work in hopes I could walk on the walking paths! Maybe I will take some laps at the grocery store. I will fill my cart with cans for resistance... Yup! lol

DairyFarmersWife - This winter I spent many lunch hours at Wal-Mart just walking. Better than sitting through lunch!
