Hello Everyone,
this is the first time I have ever done this online. I went to the doctor today and I know their scales are suppose to be accurate, but really.... I know I have gained alot of weight, but I can't believe I am at 150 now.
How did I let this happen?
I hope now that I have put this in writing, I can do something about it.
So, here goes to Day 1.
