I totally quit for a week. Why? I really don't know. It's not as though I forgot about losing weight or health, I just flat out didn't care. I ate what I wanted, and the only good thing I can say is that most of it wasn't nearly as satisfying as I remembered it.

Even the husband has been on me to start over, which is weird because he was so against this when I started. I officially started getting back to normal yesterday, and I'm using a diet plan from a book to launch me back off towards the right direction. So today I will start logging my food again. I refuse to weigh myself until next week, I'm terrified to see the damage I've done. This journey is going to have its ups and downs, just have to get back on the horse as they say. I've also left all the challenges I was . I want to start fresh on some new ones.

Well done. We all suffer the ups and downs. Sometimes you need to break the rules to re focus things. Good idea not weighing for a week so you don't get disheartened. A blow out can also re kick start a loss for some people. Good luck :)
