not understanding scale right now. junk food mostly gone, carbs gone 6 days a week, protein & veggies way up. been in gym 60 min a day for 3 weeks now. scale will not stay lower than 150
150.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
