So today is the day I start calorie watch so I can burn off a little more of this fat before swim suit season. I am so thankful I was ready and in the mindset for it today. My goal is to lose 9 more pounds. Before the end of May. So cardio will be my friend!

I had a wonderful weekend spent with my husbands family and at church. Couldn't have asked for anything more perfect. The weather, food and family was all perfect. Had a blast with my kids and nieces and nephews playing at the park and jumping on the trampoline. I can even still do cartwheels! Church went great with the kids and we even made Resurrection rolls which is my favorite thing to do for Easter. The kids loved it. They also really enjoy the fact the get to cook and eat what they made. It is finally really Spring!!!

I am also so excited to plant a garden!!! Love fresh veggies and haven't had one in quite a few years due to moving around and me not wanting to deal with it while I was pregnant. I have a huge line-up of herbs and veggies getting planted. Too long to list. So if anyone has any tips I would love to hear them.

Also in other randomness my boy Jesiah is going to have surgery on the 11th to have a hernia in his scrotum removed. It isn't anything major. Just sucks to have to be him. Well that is all I have for you right now besides I hope you have a beautiful week and don't forget to enjoy the little moments in life that make it all worth it. :)

I'm so excited to garden this year! My kids love it. I can barely get them to eat store bought stuff, but from the garden they munch away! Thanks for excepting my buddy request!

Sounds like a great Easter weekend! I'm glad it was a great time!! Good luck with the plan to lose 9 lbs. Let us know what cardio plan works!! I can't wait for spring to happen here as well and be able to get out in my flower garden. We had a small window of spring on the weekend but today is chilly again. I have had my seed pods going for about 3 weeks now. Tomato, peppers, & squash. Good things to munch on all summer! I like your enthusiasm! Think maybe I need to start fresh with the new month. Binged somewhat this weekend and it's showing on the scales.

I am going to get my seeds started withing the next couple of days too. Makes my mouth water thinking of all the veggies I want to eat.

Good for you, sounds like you had a wonderful Easter. I too am thinking of Swimsuit season and would love to feel good in a bathing suit AND I also want to wear a sundress and feel good in it. So is cardio the key to buring the weight off? I have been doing 3 days per week cardio, 3 days sculpting/circuit training, so maybe I need to spend more time on the cardio?

Time For A Change Mom- I am just going to up my cardio while I cut some calories for the next month to throw my body off. I have been eating without counting for 2 months and have been maintaining. I will go back to eating healthy foods whenever I get hungry after a month so my body doesn't become accustomed to a lower calorie diet and I definitely don't want to lose a lot of the muscle mass I have worked to gain the past 4 months.

You are doing great!I noticed your RDI is 1250 and mine is 1300. We have the same goal weight of 115lbs. It's coming off very slow for me so I think I'm going to try for 1250 a day instead.
