Up a pound. But back on track, and will be good once again!
296.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 139.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1879 kcal Fat: 65.75g | Prot: 83.14g | Carb: 247.46g.   Breakfast: milk, frozen spinach, honey, yogurt, 7 Grain Hot Cereal, frozen mixed berries. Lunch: True North Almond Pecan Cashew Clusters, Tangerine, Almonds, Fuji Apples, Baby Carrots, Celery, Chef's Cupboard Chunky Chicken Noodle Soup. Dinner: Barbecued Pork Spareribs with Sauce, Mashed Potato (from Fresh), Fresh Ham, Green Giant Simply Steam Baby Sweet Peas, Chocolate Ice Cream. Snacks/Other: Jolly Rancher Original Flavors Hard Candy, Tahoe Trail Snacks Beef Jerky. more...
