Didn't do as bad as I thought I would today. My calories were higher than I normally shoot for, but did not go over my RDI. My exercise calories were still higher if only by 100. They were still higher. A little is better than none at all. At least that is what I keep telling myself. I felt like carp today so I mainly took it easy and watched my daughter get excited about Easter. O to be 3 again.

Glad you and your daughter had a nice time. I only plan to indulge during a very special occasion, you must feel better with knowing it was just a splurge not a midnight snack.Winter is the worst no where to go with snow and ice just delicious holiday goodness.
