Well I feel better than I did and I am out walking 2 days in a row. I feel more comfortable wit the way I am eating. I don't feel stuffed all the time. And it looks like the scale might be moving a bit. I feel like my internal system might be getting straightened out too. But I have decided that following to the letter like I was a week ago or so (at I think I was) wasn't doing anything except making me feel way to full. The protein was bothering me too. So I am tryng to get my fat up and keep the protein down.

The protein is easy but I am not sure how to get more fat aside from drinking olive oil.... ergh. So if anyone has any suggestions feel free. :)

Ohh, they might have too many carbs, macadamia nuts! highest fat nut avaialble! You might have felt bad if you weren't getting the recommended amount of fiber, atkins and low fiber is a stopped up mix:-) LOL

Glad you are feeling better! :) I need to start walking too, at the very least. I don't know how to up the fats either, I don't like avocado so, that's out. Eh. I don't know what to do.

Add nice cheeses and tuna in olive oil, also there is nut oils too you (walnut, Hazel, almond)can get from the health food store. I have been using coconut milk for the higher fat in the morning and it tastes good.

I love avocado! and I love whipped cream. Actually I need to start buying tuna in olive oil again. I am thinking nut oils are not induction friendly though. I know I can have avocado and I don't know why I don't remember to pick one up. :/ I need to buy whipping cream I guess because it will go so well on my Jell-O!
