Holding, I weighed yesterday and was 154 today 155 but it is clothing or something. God is still good and this is Easter a celebration of Christ resurrection. He did for me and all mankind, had wonderful service this morning. Thank you Lord!
155.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
