day # 2 of scarsdale medical diet. Modifying slightly with egg whites added for breakfast day 1 and 2 ,,,,added a protein drink after day 1 workout....will see how modifacations affect the diet...if they stall progress then will eliminate additional protein for 2 weeks.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
