Awesome. I will have to read up on paleo. Is that the diet where you do not eat any processed foods? I am trying to eat less processed foods, too.

Paleo is no processed foods, no gluten, no legumes, no dairy, and no artificial sugar. It is the best way to eat, but it is also a little hard to cut everything out. What I am doing is cutting out processed foods and artificial sugars. I am cooking paleo recipes in order to get more fruits and vegetables in my diet. Practical Paleo is a wonderful book with some delicious recipes in it! If I don't make my foods ahead of time, I find I end up eating out. The best thing to do is first get rid of all the processed foods and other nonpaleo foods out of your house. Then start filling your home with paleo foods. Then start cooking away. I try to make foods way ahead of time. I may grill enough meat to last a few days. I hope this helps!

I have been eating a lot of salmon, tuna, organic chicken, broccoli, brussel sprouts, spinach, black angus hot dogs (hard to let those go), red dry wine, mineral water. So I am on my way to that type of eating. I feel less sluggish and more energetic.
