I'm very happy with my progress. I look and feel great. My goal weight is 118 and I know I will reach it with time. No rush. I will continue to do what I've been doing: eating 1400 calories, eating mainly healthy, doing some sort of physical activity every day, eating only when sitting down, and drinking water.
125.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
