I swear the scale said 149 this morning. Maybe I was sleep reading things. :P I weighed myself tonight and got 142.5, so I am very relieved. Still have a long way to go, and have not been making any progress, but at least I didn't go backward that far.

Easter should be interesting. I love my family but there has been so much drama lately. Listening to them hold grudges and react in childish ways makes me happy for therapy I've had and more resolved to completely forgive past hurts. Stewing over something, whether for 1 day or 20 years, does not make it better for any of the parties involved.

I know that I will have fights in the future. I hope that I can try to be the person that I want to be: stand up for myself without walking on anyone else and react in ways that will actually help resolve the issue.

At this point in my life, I don't know how I am so lucky. I wake up every morning and thank God for a job that I enjoy doing. I go to bed every night grateful for the time I spend with my guy. No, not every day is perfect, and what is life without stress, but I am amazed at my fortune.

I didn't get very far on my fitness goals last weekend (or this week). As always, time to reassess and see if I can find another solution. It's getting down to the wire here...

21 days until my trip to Florida
37 days until the half marathon.
142.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
