I need to lose 70 pounds. I'm tired of looking like I'm having triplets. I want to start exercising, cutting out junk food and drinking more water. I need all the support I can get.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Dont worry, it will go as soon as you start your effort..we all need to be strong and support each other! this site has been really helpful, it makes you realise how many things you can eat a day and not actually need!just try to keep within the range of calories you are supposed to get

My best advice would be to keep track of everything you put in your mouth to be AWARE of the calories. This site is wonderful for helping to calculate that. Also, get out there and walk if you don't belong to a gym or can't afford to. Again, this site helps you keep track of your exercise as well! Good Luck!
