Okay so I am starting my journey Monday and I am so excited I cant wait. I have ordered and received my 2 lb weights my mat and biggest loser boot camp and yoga. I also ordered a nutribullet so I can make nutriblasts. I am going to document until then what I eat so I can look back at the ridiculousness that got me here! This is the last attempt to get healthy for me if I dont I will die :( I am not ready to die....

Recording your I take intake from now and until you start is a great idea, but since you're so motivated why not just get going? You may not need at the tools you'd like just yet, but use your drive already. :-) regardless of what you decide, welcome aboard. It's an amazing journey. Make sure it's an enjoyable one. It's all worth it.

I agree. If you're so motivated now, just go ahead and start while you're waiting for your tools to come in. By the time you get them, you'll already be on your way.

I started this 3 days early because I want to be able to look back and see the crap I ate without acknowledging the damage I have done to my body. I could start now but I choose not to I am still just as motivated today as I was yesterday and a bit disgusted which is even more motivation lol I figure all day today and tomorrow I will have enough ammo to keep me motivated until I reach my goal weight :D
