I love it when I eat something that's good for me and I actually enjoy it. I just had grilled fish and about a ton of steamed broccoli for lunch. It was so good.

Such a great discovery, isn't it? Who knew that there is tasty, good food out there that is NOT trying to kill us? LOL. I'm glad you enjoyed the fish. I'm sure there are plenty of things to come. So much good food out there. Ever tried romanesco?
