Today was a good and bad day for me. I was doing good but then I was stressed out. So I had an emotional eating. I craved chinese food and when I finished eating my greasy chinese food I felt relaxed. I also felt guilty, like a cheater. I had no self control and I lacked the confidence. That was the bad news. The good news, I was ready to hold myself accountable and my intention to do so was very good. However, its hard to track down calories from eating chinese food. So I guest I'm holding myself accountable by letting all of you know. Loosing weight is hard but changing your lifestyle is even harder. I expect ups and downs but I should be able to control the frequency. Have a bless day!

Don't beat yourslef up over it, dear. Do something about it. Go for a walk and burn some of that grease off. And whatever you do, get right back on your plan tomorrow! You have got this!!! Weight loss is math. In order to lose you need to burn more calories than you have eaten so if you fall up, up your game, instead of feeling defeated. Easter is going to be a tough day for me so I am saving up for it. Being very careful the next two days to be under my goal for the week. You have a very blessed day yourself!!
