I have been in a weight loss contest that ended 2 weeks ago and I did really good. That being said I have been in a downward spiral since and can't get out of my head. I didn't like the way I looked at close to my goal weight either. I do cardio and lift weights, I know this is a lifelong process, but sometimes I just want to give up and eat everything in site. We just need to help keep each other up I guess!
