Continuing to eat more on the natural front; a majority of poultry and beef, fruits and veggies, with some cheese and yogurt here and there.

Exercise is great. Trail running is back to optimal performance, muscle tone has increased significantly in my legs especially, and I just picked up a replacement mountain bike (trashed the old girl last summer). I'm stoked about getting back into biking. There's a ton of trails I've been wanting to attack here in the Bay Area and up in Sacramento. Can't wait!

Progress with the career change; I'm projecting being in San Antonio for training in August. My plan is finally starting to come together >=)

Hope all my old friends on here are doing great with everything and reaching your goals!

Crosstraining in the AF as a Flight Engineer. I need something more challenging and this sure will be. Training is in San Antone for 4 months then more training here at my homestation before becoming fully qualified. Right now I'm in a dead-end position with no job satisfaction, decent pay but not decent enough for Cali, and it's boring and unchallenging!

i hope it works out! i made the career change...so far, it's better, but not spectacular. at least I got a new man that loves me :)

You should come up by my neck of the woods for some killer bike trails. The American River Confluence and up into Foresthill is where it's at. Good to hear you're doing well and good luck in the career change!
