Husband is cooking wonderful foods but they are a bit fatty. I'm eating smaller portions than I normally would, but I'm still eating them. Last night was Kraft Mac & Cheese with shredded sharp cheddar cheese and little smokies added. mmmmmmmmm

I did try the new exercise machine and it's kinda fun. I know I'll be using it more and more as time goes by. I just need to learn all the different aspects of it.


295.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hmmm... is it wrong to look at that recipe and think, "Hey, I have those ingredients right now and it sounds great!"?

No bad foods hon! Smaller portions will work! Every time you choose a smaller portion, or add veggies or fruit, or any choice that's even a little better than previous choices, you're making progress.
