Yes! I hit 150, finally!!! So nice that I am on the cusp of being in the 140s again.

I cheated yesterday with a chocolate donut. My carbs are still somewhat low but that donut was sooo tempting. My chocolate and sweets cravings are through the roof since I quit drinking so maybe a donut here or there isnt going to hurt!

Either way today its an hour or two at the gym, some self care, and healthy eating.

Wonderful news to start the long weekend for you - great job! It's really satisfying to see progress on the scale when the effort is put in. Have a good workout. I'm about to run as well.

I struggle with this too. Tried having "binge day" but would end up taking in 5000 calories. I've just been trying to budget treats into my daily calories. But sometimes you just can't help slipping up!

I agree with you xbxukb a treat a day is wayyy better then a 5000 calorie slip. Thanks Josie Ann! I am sure weekends will be often harder then not but as long as a habit starts getting formed that is the main thing.
