Yes! I hit 150, finally!!! So nice that I am on the cusp of being in the 140s again.
I cheated yesterday with a chocolate donut. My carbs are still somewhat low but that donut was sooo tempting. My chocolate and sweets cravings are through the roof since I quit drinking so maybe a donut here or there isnt going to hurt!
Either way today its an hour or two at the gym, some self care, and healthy eating.
