Still at 250.0 after a hard day workin' with low cals becuase I was too busy! Didn't get a chance to work out but I was burning brain cells! Will work out today and hopefully, hit the 240s...
250.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
