Friday is TGIF...4 days STRONG & 152.0 on my scale = Happy, HAPPY girl dancing @ my house this morning.

Nice run with both doggie-girls this morning, no slips/blips/bumps OR falls either! Food is all planned & logged, fresh salmon with rosemary, strawberry spinach salad & fresh asparagus for supper.

I even have a start on food planning for Saturday AND Easter Sunday too.

Little Bella was retrieving for me last night...she started by bringing me the toy & then she fetched it a couple times too! Yeah!!! Such a proud moment for everybody. I swear GG was impressed too, as if saying; "See what I taught her!"

I can only control 2 things, my own choices & my own attitude.

Hey, careful with all that happy dancing....don't want to aggravate your injuries from that fall the other day! But, seriously, what a wonderful drop in the scale!!! Good for you - you so deserve it! Seems like your food adjustments are working for you - Yippee!!!! Have a great Easter weekend.

Sandy...LOL, it's excercise & it counts (didn't log it though...LOL), I was so happy to see some incouragment, if it says 159 tomorrow, I guess I wouldn't be surprised, fickle as the thing seems to be.

You are doing fantastic, Dar and so is Bella. I love labs so much, and when they start doing their stuff, the stuff that they do better than any other breed, it is awesome to watch.
