Yesterday my son had a stomach bug, so I stayed home with him and I did not do well with my eating. I felt like I just ate all day and was never full. I don't know if it was stress or what, but that was a step back. I did do my workout, so that was a plus. Today, I'm going to be working later and don't know if I'll get a workout in, but hopefully if I don't I'll at least keep my eating healthy and maybe I can get the dogs out for a walk if it's nice when I get home. I need to get my garden planned. I usually have some seeds and bulbs bought already, but I'm just not on the ball this year, I blame the everlasting cold weather and snow. At least the garden will give me some extra calorie burn this summer, I don't really produce a whole lot from my garden, but I love going out and working in it. Any veggies are a bonus. :)
