yay finally mt scale moved, i was statring to believe it was broken :-) happy smile dance
188.9 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What an Easter present *smile* Happy Dance for you. As strange as it sounds it seems to be true (at least here), eat more and exercise less.

lol true i guess my body is just so in tune with being a couch potatoe that it doesn't know how to prosess exercise lol ;-)

I think it just needs some time in between exercises to process it. As you know, I have the same problem so I cut back a little this week. And more food, see it as a bait. get the body started on burning that, all of the sudden it is gone and it keeps on eating from storage. It is like most of us - if we don't get a taste of it we can say no. But if we have just a crumb we want more *lol* Makes sense?
