Felt like I did very well today. Drank all the water and ate more fruit and vegies. Really having a hard time not craving sweet things like ice cream. I love ice cream but know if its in the house its going to be a issue.

I love ice cream to. What i do is buy the ww mint ice cream in a cup. They are 2 points.
